First off, their customer service is AMAZING! Fast and honest communication! Very fast shipping! The product does make a small pop when used, then smoke runs, takes a second to get going. The smoke is thick and hangs in the air like it's supposed to. Absolutely on par with the enola gaye brand. These just look cooler than the EG brand. Performance is just the same. Only wish they had more colors in inventory than just white. I'm sure that will change.
